Critic tasting note: (2017 vintage) "This appassimento-style red is a blend of corvina, rondinella, oseleta, and merlot, which are partially dried for 45 days. It's then aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks post-fermentation. It's quite modern in style, led by jammy, confected red fruits that are complemented by cinnamon spice and dried herbs.
