About the Montes Sparkling Angel 750ml
There's a unique character to this sparkling wine with dried apple, mango and grapefruit. So subtle. Some bread dough undertones. Full-bodied and dense yet fresh with a linear backbone. Mineral undertones. 70% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay and aged 30 months on the lees. Grape are sourced from the area of Zapallar just seven kilometers off the Pacific Ocean. A stylish sparkling wine to try.
