About the Mellow Corn Whiskey
A true American classic and a cult favorite, Mellow Corn is a Bottled-in-Bond straight corn whiskey from the legendary Heaven Hill Distillery. Aged for a minimum of four years in used oak barrels, this unique spirit is made from a mash bill of at least 80% corn. The result is a sweet, mellow, and surprisingly smooth whiskey with prominent notes of sweet corn, caramel, and vanilla. An exceptional value for a bonded spirit.
