Winemaking:
Total destemming, soft skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 30 days of cuvaison. 24 months of aging in French oak barrels: 75% new oak with personalized toast and 25% in 2nd use oak.

Tasting Notes:
Dark garnet colour. Intense and complex aroma. Very ripe red fruits, spices and toasty notes are in harmony. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a distinct volume. It is elegant and with a long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serve at 16 - 18°C. Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Longevity of about 20 years.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to accompany dishes based on grilled red meats, game and well-structured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
