Emiliana Coyam 2022 is a rich, complex, and biodynamically farmed red blend produced by Emiliana Organic Vineyards. Sourced from the renown Los Robles Estate in the Colchagua Valley, the vines grow on granite and clay soils of alluvial origin. The 2022 vintage is a harmonious blend led by Syrah and Carmenère, along with Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carignan, Garnacha, Tempranillo, and Mourvèdre. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and aged in a combination of French oak barrels and concrete foudres, it reveals inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries, plum, violet, dried herbs, and subtle toasted oak spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and vibrant, balancing concentrated dark fruit with fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, savory finish.
