About the M. Chapoutier Les Gadilles Rasteau Cotes-Du-Rhone 2020 750ml
At just a few kilometers from the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Rasteau vineyard is one of the most impressive of the Vaucluse region. The Rasteau is aged in oak casks for 12 to 16 months prior to bottling which produces a wine the balances between elegance and power.
Chapoutier Rasteau has a delicate and intense nose. With notes of fruity aromas, ripe fruit, raspberry, currant and cassis. On the palate we see that it is well structured and that it is generous and pleasant. It has a little residual sugar that give it a smooth attack and a lot of volume in the mouth.
