Originally created by 6th-generation Master Distiller Booker Noe as a private gift for friends and family before its public release, this uncut and non-chill filtered bourbon is bottled directly from the center cut of Jim Beam’s rackhouses, offering an intense, robust, and full-bodied profile.

Food Pairing: Smoked beef brisket, prime ribeye, dark chocolate truffles, pecan pie, or strong blue cheeses.
