About the Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon 2021/2022 750ml
This Cabernet offers aromas of bright cherry, currant and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. In the glass, you will find flavors of cherry and currant and a lingering and thoughtful finish. Good structure, a moderate weight, polished tannins and balanced acidity.
The organically farmed fruit in this blend was harvested between mid-August and late-October, before a warm fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel and was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, 40 percent of which were new.

91 Points - Tasting Panel
Bold and beautiful, with stand-up notes of espresso, black pepper, and blackberry arising within a frame of spiced oak. Grainy tannins are bolstered by fine acidity. Made with organic grapes.
