Zumbador Blanco Tequila is an artisanal, small-batch spirit crafted at the Casa Tequilera de Arandas in the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco. This tequila is produced using 100% Blue Weber Highland agave, which is known for its higher sugar content and floral profile. The production process involves traditional brick oven cooking and a slow fermentation process, followed by double distillation in copper pot stills to ensure a clean yet flavorful profile that captures the raw essence of the agave.
On the nose, it offers a bright and crisp bouquet of freshly cooked agave, citrus zest, and a hint of white pepper, underpinned by delicate floral notes. The palate is smooth and naturally sweet, showcasing flavors of sweet lime, pear, and earthy minerals with a gentle herbaceous undertone. The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of light citrus and a subtle, warming peppery spice.
