Zuidam Dutch Courage American Oak Aged Gin is a cask-matured gin crafted in small batches by Zuidam Distillers in the Netherlands. Distilled with 9 traditional botanicals, the spirit is then aged in new 200-litre American oak barrels. This wood maturation imparts soft vanilla, caramel, and gentle oak tannins while maintaining the crisp, piney juniper character of the base gin.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie, grilled poultry, aged gouda or cheddar cheeses, smoked salmon, and rich seafood dishes.

Tasting Notes: Pale golden-amber with a full, round, and velvety mouthfeel.
