Zorzal Eggo Filoso Pinot Noir is an Argentine red wine from Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fermented and aged in concrete eggs, this unique expression showcases aromas of red berries, minerals, graphite, and spice, with a textured palate featuring vibrant acidity, silky structure, pure fruit character, and a long finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled salmon, roasted poultry, duck, mushroom dishes, charcuterie, soft cheeses, light pasta, roasted vegetables, and Mediterranean cuisine.
