About the Zontes Footstep Z Force Shiraz Petite Sirah
Powerful and concentrated, with ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum layered with liquorice, dark chocolate, pepper and savoury notes. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured, supported by firm tannins and a long, intense finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled steak, slow-braised beef, roast lamb, barbecue ribs, venison, hearty stews, or mature hard cheeses.
