BrewDog Zealot's Heart Handmade Gin

Handcrafted in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, by BrewDog Distilling Co., Zealot's Heart Handmade Gin is a small-batch artisan spirit distilled entirely from scratch using grain-to-glass malted barley and wheat base spirit. Made in custom triple-bubble copper pot stills, this expression is built around 17 carefully selected botanicals—including Tuscan juniper, meadowsweet, grapefruit, and peppercorns—delivering an uncompromisingly bold, punchy, and aromatic flavor profile.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie boards with cured meats, grilled garlic prawns, roasted lamb with mint, sharp aged Cheddar, or lemon-herb chicken.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a rich, silky, and coating full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic with crisp piney juniper leading upfront, accompanied by fragrant floral meadowsweet, bright citrus peel, warm anise, and soft peppery spice.

Palate: Rich, complex, and full-flavored, opening with resinous Tuscan juniper berries and vibrant grapefruit oils before unfolding into layers of fragrant floral blossoms, warm coriander, subtle licorice, and fiery pepper.

Finish: Long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of pine, citrus zest, warm peppery spice, and a gentle herbal warmth.

Serve: Serve over large ice cubes topped with premium Mediterranean or Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh grapefruit or a sprig of rosemary, or as a robust foundation in a classic Dry Martini or Negroni.
