About the Yusa Junmai Ginjo Sake
A refined Junmai Ginjo from Okunomatsu Sake Brewery in Fukushima, Japan. Yusa offers expressive aromas of honeydew melon, orange blossom and ripe pear, followed by a gently creamy palate with macadamia, toasted nut and taffy nuances. Polished to 55% for an elegant, balanced profile.
Food Pairing: Steamed clams, garlic butter scallops, grilled pork chops, king oyster mushroom yakitori, roasted chicken and mild cheeses.
