About the Yering Station Little Yering Pinot Noir 2008
A mature Yarra Valley Pinot Noir showing red cherry, raspberry and plum alongside developed earthy, savoury and subtle spice notes. The palate is medium-bodied and supple, with gentle tannins, balanced acidity and a soft, lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, charcuterie, or earthy vegetable dishes.
