Crafted by Master Distiller Stephen Beam at Limestone Branch Distillery, this expression begins with their classic 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon (crafted from a heritage mash bill of 75% white heirloom corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley). To add a rich layer of complexity, the whiskey is transferred into authentic rum casks sourced directly from Havana, Cuba, for a nine-week secondary maturation. Bottled at a robust 100 proof (50% ABV), this beautiful finishing process perfectly marries the warm, traditional spice of Kentucky bourbon with the deep molasses and tropical sweetness of Caribbean rum.

NOSE

Bright, sweet, and highly aromatic. Inviting scents of warm gingerbread and poached pear are beautifully balanced by a subtle, earthy touch of fresh-cut hay.

PALATE
