Crafted by seventh-generation Master Distiller Stephen Beam at Limestone Branch Distillery, this expression begins with Yellowstone's traditional 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon (crafted from a classic mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley). To elevate the profile, Beam hand-selected a proprietary blend of five distinct toasted oak staves—High Toast, American Oak Double-Toast, Vanilla, Rickhouse, and Spice Rack—and introduced them into the barrels for a secondary finishing process. Bottled at a robust 100 proof (50% ABV), this innovative technique extracts incredible depths of sweet vanilla, toasted marshmallow, and complex wood spice, resulting in a premium bourbon that honors over 150 years of family distilling heritage.

NOSE
