An award-winning, exceptionally smooth rye whiskey born in the heart of Houston, Texas! Yellow Rose Straight Rye utilizes a 95% rye mash bill that is distilled in limited batches. The intense Texas heat forces the spirit to rapidly expand and contract within the oak barrels, extracting deep, rich vanilla and caramel notes much faster than cooler climates. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), it masterfully balances the sharp, peppery bite of the rye grain with a remarkably sweet, honeyed finish.

NOSE

Earthy and aromatic with bold notes of fresh mint, black pepper, warm caramel, and toasted oak.

PALATE

Smooth, rich, and highly balanced. A lively wave of spicy rye and cinnamon is beautifully softened by deep brown sugar, sweet vanilla cream, and a hint of dark fruit.
