A rebellious, pot-distilled Texas spirit that boldly breaks the traditional rules of bourbon! Crafted in Houston at the city's oldest legal whiskey distillery, Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon is made from a highly unique mash bill of 100% Texas yellow corn. It is double pot-distilled and aged in small American oak barrels with a heavy "alligator" char. Because Houston experiences extreme temperature swings, the whiskey rapidly expands and contracts within the wood, extracting deep color and intense flavor while suffering a staggering 15% annual "angel's share" loss. Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV), it delivers an incredibly rich, sweet, and full-bodied sipping experience that beautifully captures the rugged terroir of Texas.

NOSE

Highly aromatic, sweet, and inviting. Dominant aromas of rich caramel, vanilla bean, and toasted oak are layered over unique, sweet notes of candy corn and a subtle hint of spring florals.

PALATE

Full-bodied, rich, and remarkably sweet. The 100% corn mash bill shines through with heavy flavors of buttery caramel, toffee popcorn, and brown sugar. These sweet notes are balanced by a rustic "Texas" edge of black pepper spice, charred oak, and a touch of dark chocolate.

FINISH

Medium-long and warming. It leaves a lingering trail of vanilla sweetness, deep oak char, and a final, satisfying dash of cinnamon.
