Yebiga Bela Plum Brandy

Yebiga Bela is a clear Serbian plum rakija made from an equal blend of handpicked Cacanska rodna and Cacanska lepotica plums. Produced in central/southern Serbia, the spirit is kept in stainless steel rather than oak, preserving the fresh, pure character of its indigenous fruit.

Food Pairing: Pair with cured meats, grilled sausages, aged cheeses, smoked meats, and savory Balkan appetizers.

Nose: Rich floral aromas with pine notes.

Palate: Soft, with persistent fresh fruit.
