Yvon Clerget Volnay is an elegant Pinot Noir showing red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, violet, subtle spice, and delicate earthy notes. Refined and expressive, the palate combines silky tannins, vibrant acidity, pure red fruit, and fine mineral character through a graceful, persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, veal, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin, or aged Comte for an elegant Volnay Burgundy pairing.
