About the Tentenublo Xerico
A magnificent and terroir-driven Spanish red wine meticulously crafted by avant-garde vigneron Roberto Oliván. Co-fermented in concrete vats from old vines, it blends robust Tempranillo with a splash of white Viura, yielding bright raspberry, crushed violet, and chalky mineral energy.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with pan-fried calf liver, caramelized onion sausages, charcoal-grilled lamb kebabs, or a board of rustic cured cheeses.
