Wu Chia Pi Chiew

Wu Chia Pi Chiew is a traditional Chinese herbal liquor valued for centuries as both a recreational spirit and a wellness tonic. Distilled primarily from sorghum and other grains like millet, barley, and peas, it is infused with a complex blend of Chinese botanicals. The defining ingredient is the bark of the Acanthopanax plant (Wujiapi), often supplemented by herbs such as angelica, ginseng, cinnamon, and liquorice.
