Rum-Bar Silver is an un-aged Jamaican rum without the devastating proof typical of the category. This expression is a blend of three un-aged rums with fermentation times ranging from 30 hours up to 3 weeks, distilled from Worthy Park’s own estate-grown sugar cane molasses on a Forsyth double retort copper pot still, and bottled without additives. Expect hints of supple coconut and light caramel, sweet vanilla cream, and subtle banana notes. Rum-Bar Silver is huge on flavor, but at a reasonable proof, you can justify that extra cocktail! 40% ABV.
