About the Work Horse
Work Horse is a bold Texas red blend combining Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre, offering creamy vanilla, red cherry, watermelon, white pepper, forest spice, and subtle resinous notes. The palate is rich and structured, with firm tannins, vibrant acidity, silky texture, and lingering fruit.
Food Pairing: Pepper-crusted lamb, braised short ribs, grilled pork tenderloin, smoked brisket, aged cheeses, venison, and boldly spiced barbecue dishes.
