About the Wolfberger Pinot Gris Alsace Grand Cru Pfersigberg 2017 750ml
This Pinot Gris from Alsace Pfersigberg, with its golden color, develops notes of gingerbread, ripe and candied fruits and cinnamon. On the palate, we find this very great aromatic richness which extends into a long and silky finish.
Earth and undergrowth flavors are woven through the rich pear tones which begin to shine with great, slightly sweet ripeness when exposed to a little air. The phenolic texture provides a counterpoint, supported by lemony freshness. Lovely balance.
