Wittmann Kirchspiel Riesling GG

Wittmann Kirchspiel Riesling GG is an exceptionally elegant, biodynamic dry white wine produced by Philipp Wittmann from the amphitheater-shaped Kirchspiel vineyard in Westhofen. Sheltered from cold winds and receiving early morning sun, the limestone-rich terroir imparts remarkable focus and minerality. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak casks, it reveals vibrant aromas of lemon peel, green apple, white peach, wild herbs, and crushed flint. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, bone-dry, and taut, offering pure citrus fruit flavor balanced by electric acidity and a long, saline, chalky finish.
