Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy 2022 is an incredibly refined, elegant, and classically styled white Burgundy that beautifully captures the unique marine terroir of Chablis. Pouring a bright pale gold with subtle greenish reflections, it opens with an inviting bouquet of white peach, orange oil, and crisp green apple, layered with delicate white flowers, sea salt, and a striking flinty minerality. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, satiny, and finely boned, demonstrating marvelous structural tension and precision. A pure core of tree fruit and citrus peel is perfectly counterbalanced by a vibrant, mouthwatering acidity and a distinct saline chalkiness. Having been aged for 10 to 15 months in a combination of stainless steel vats and older French oak barrels, it culminates in a long, precise, and beautifully focused finish accented by an elegant touch of lemon zest.
