A gorgeously soft and sweet Kentucky Straight Bourbon from the masters of the sweet mash process. Wilderness Trail's Wheated Bourbon swaps out the traditional spicy rye grain for soft winter wheat (yielding a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% wheat, and 12% malted barley). Aged for at least four years in deeply toasted and charred barrels, it is bottled at 100 proof to meet Bottled-in-Bond standards. It is remarkably smooth, creamy, and loaded with lush notes of vanilla and fruit.

NOSE

Sweet and inviting with classic aromas of warm caramel, vanilla pudding, buttery pastry, and light oak.

PALATE

Exceptionally soft, creamy, and mellow. Lush flavors of honey, baked peach, and sweet corn are balanced perfectly by gentle oak tannins.
