Wild Turkey 81 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Wild Turkey 81 Kentucky Straight Bourbon (often referred to as Wild Turkey 81) is a classic, deeply authentic American whiskey crafted by legendary Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell. Made from Wild Turkey's signature high-rye mashbill, it is distilled at a lower proof to preserve the robust, natural flavors of the grain. The whiskey is matured in the distillery's deepest No. 4 "alligator" char American white oak barrels, resulting in a rich, character-forward bourbon that delivers a smooth yet uncompromisingly spicy flavor profile.
