WhistlePig Farmstock Rye

FarmStock is a meticulously crafted "Triple Terroir" blend that marries their own young, punchy Vermont-distilled rye (made with their own grain, water, and custom oak) with heavily aged, deeply complex sourced ryes. Bottled at 86 proof, this masterful blending results in a highly approachable, incredibly dynamic, and deeply flavorful whiskey that offers the absolute best of both worlds.

NOSE

Bright, earthy, and aromatic with prominent notes of fresh-cut rye grass, warm vanilla, sweet honey, and heavily charred oak.

PALATE

Smooth, rich, and highly balanced. A lively rush of peppery spice and citrus is beautifully rounded out by deep caramel, toasted nuts, and baked apple.

FINISH

Clean, medium-length, and satisfying with a gentle, lingering spice and sweet wood.
