Ben Nevis is one of our favourite contemporary Scottish single malts. A west highland distillery that still produces a richly charismatic and distinctive make that works terrifically at old and younger ages. Which is why we opted to go with this younger example for our Autumn E&S release.
Distilled in 2014 and matured full term in a 2nd fill sherry butt, this is a big, uncomplicated, gutsy and powerful example full of classic Ben Nevis oil and waxy qualities. A warming and hearty dram that’s perfect for convivial, or solitary, Autumn sipping.
