Westland Garryana VII American Single Malt

The spectacular seventh iteration in Westland's wildly popular Garry Oak series. Edition 7 continues the distillery's exploration of native Pacific Northwest oak, this time utilizing an even higher percentage of Garry Oak casks alongside Washington Apple Brandy and Syrah wine casks. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this intricate cask marriage results in an exceptionally fruit-forward, incredibly spicy, and deeply layered single malt that perfectly showcases the region's unique terroir.

NOSE

Rich and highly complex with heavy aromas of baked apple, dark berry jam, warm cinnamon, and heavily roasted oak.

PALATE

Full-bodied and intensely flavorful. Waves of dark stone fruit, sweet caramel, and clove are beautifully framed by the aggressive, savory spice of the native oak.

FINISH

Extremely long, warm, and highly satisfying with lingering dark fruit and earthy tannins.
