Westland Colere III American Single Malt

A fascinating, highly experimental release from Westland's prestigious "Outpost Range." The Colere series is dedicated entirely to exploring the impact of different barley varietals on the final whiskey. Colere Edition III utilizes a rare, specific strain of barley (Pilot) and is aged exclusively in used casks to ensure the wood does not overshadow the delicate grain flavors. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), it offers an incredibly pure, floral, and cereal-forward tasting experience unlike any other.

NOSE 

Bright, floral, and highly unique. Inviting aromas of fresh-cut grass, honeysuckle, sweet cereal grain, and light citrus peel.

PALATE

Soft, elegant, and grain-forward. Beautifully delicate flavors of toasted oats, warm honey, shortbread cookie, and a touch of white pepper.

FINISH

Clean, crisp, and exceptionally refreshing with lingering floral notes and soft malt.
