Wayne Gretzky Red Cask Canadian Whisky is a smooth, innovative, and highly acclaimed small-batch Canadian blended whisky crafted to deliver a unique intersection of distilling and winemaking excellence. Made from 100% locally sourced Ontario grains, the component rye, malted rye, and corn whiskies are individually mashed, fermented, distilled, and matured in ex-bourbon barrels for at least three years. In a signature finishing process, the matured spirit is transferred into red wine casks sourced directly from the Wayne Gretzky Estates winery. This wine-cask finishing "polishes" the whisky, infusing it with subtle red fruit character, rich oak complexities, and a velvety texture that rounds out the classic Canadian rye spice.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with slow-roasted pork tenderloin, grilled ribeye steak, aged gouda, dark chocolate mousse, or pecan pie.

TASTING NOTES - A bright straw-gold color with a distinct ruby-red hue, showing a smooth, round, and robust mouthfeel with a touch of structural wood tannins.
