Wayne Gretzky Ice Cask Canadian Whisky Gift Box

Produced by Wayne Gretzky Estates in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, this seasonal gift pack features a bottle of Wayne Gretzky Ice Cask Canadian Whisky paired with branded merchandise or barware. Crafted from locally grown Ontario grains (malted rye, rye, and corn), the whisky is matured in traditional oak casks before receiving a secondary finish in Wayne Gretzky Estates Icewine casks. Bottled at 41.5% ABV, this finishing process imparts a delicate natural sweetness, balancing rich notes of toffee, baked apple, and dark raisin with warm rye spice.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie boards, sharp Cheddar, dark chocolate, fruit tarts, or apple crisp.

Tasting Notes: Golden bronze with warm amber highlights and medium viscosity along the glass.

Nose: Rich and inviting, opening with top notes of toffee, clove, raisin, and caramelized sugar, followed by gentle oak and subtle rye spice.

Palate: Smooth, round, and robust on the palate, featuring baked apple, dark berries, and nutmeg upfront before developing deeper notes of chocolate, mocha, and sweet spice.

Finish: Long and lingering with a smooth texture, fading into notes of caramelized apple, sweet toffee, light smoke, and allspice.

Serve: Enjoy neat, on a large ice cube, or as a base in sweet-and-sour cocktails like "The Bee's Knees".
