Wayne Gretzky Double Oaked Whisky

Wayne Gretzky Double Oaked Whisky is a bold, deeply flavorful, and highly acclaimed Canadian blended whisky that showcases an intensive wood-finishing process. Crafted from 100% locally sourced Ontario grains—including rye, malted rye, and corn—the individual components are distilled and initially matured in a combination of once-used American bourbon barrels and new American oak casks. The spirits are then masterfully blended and transferred into custom, in-house recouped American oak barrels featuring a medium-plus toast and a Char level no. 3. This secondary maturation infuses the spirit with a rich, complex wood character that balances sweet, maple-driven tones with a distinct, smoky wood character.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully alongside sticky maple-glazed barbecue ribs, smoked beef brisket, grilled steaks, molasses-marinated meats, extra-aged gouda cheese, or a warm pecan pie.
