Distilled at Wayne Gretzky Estates in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, this small-batch Craftsmanship Series release is produced from 100% Ontario-grown Brasetto rye grain. Aged for 5 years in a combination of American virgin oak, once-used bourbon barrels, and recharred American oak, this 50% ABV single-grain expression presents a bold, spice-forward profile with balanced oak complexity.

Food Pairing: Charred ribeye steak, dark chocolate tarts, aged Cheddar, smoked pork belly, or pecan pie.

Tasting Notes: Rich copper amber with golden highlights and medium-to-heavy viscosity along the glass.

Nose: Robust and inviting, opening with dark cherry, peach, toasted oak, and dark brown sugar, followed by black pepper spice, vanilla bean, and subtle mocha.

Palate: Full-bodied and spicy on the palate, featuring butterscotch, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla upfront before evolving into dark chocolate, toasted barrel char, and baking spices.

Finish: Medium-to-long and warming with lingering notes of dark cocoa, toasted oak, and spicy rye.
