An elegant Syrah from Waterkloof in Stellenbosch, South Africa, grown on windswept south-facing slopes of the Schapenberg near the Atlantic Ocean. It offers perfumed floral aromas, black pepper, spice and dark fruit, supported by fresh acidity, balanced tannins and refined length.
