About the Waterkloof Circumstance Sauvignon Blanc
An elegant, naturally made Sauvignon Blanc from Waterkloof in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Grown on cool, wind-exposed slopes near the Atlantic, it combines vibrant lime and gooseberry with stone fruit, fennel and mineral notes. Natural fermentation and lees ageing provide texture, concentration and a long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, grilled crayfish, grilled prawns, goat cheese, ceviche and delicate white fish complement its citrus, mineral and saline character.
