Odd Society Wallflower Gin

Odd Society Wallflower Gin is a small-batch Canadian craft gin made in East Vancouver from 100% British Columbia-grown barley spirit. West Coast and international botanicals are distilled using a custom copper pot still combining maceration and vapour extraction, producing a rich, aromatic yet light and refreshing character.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled salmon, fresh oysters, herb-roasted chicken, creamy cheeses, or citrus-dressed seafood.
