Wachter-Wiesler Bela-Joska Blaufrankisch 2017 is a dry Austrian red from Eisenberg DAC, sourced from vineyards in Deutsch Schutzen and Eisenberg. Black raspberry, dark berry, spice, and mineral notes meet fresh structure and earthy character. Maturation in large used wooden barrels adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled steak, braised beef, mushroom pasta, and herb-roasted lamb.
