About the Domaine Vouette et Sorbee Textures Brut Nature 750ml
Lighting in a bottle! The newest of Gautherot’s cuvées, this 100% pinot blanc Champagne is highly unusual in both variety and method. Bertrand ferments and matures Textures both in barrel and clay amphora for nine months, resulting in a distinctive champagne with notes of orange rind, lemon, tropical fruit, honey and almonds. The acid is intense and the finish is long, offering a twist of saline. The rich and complex texture, of course, is what you'll always remember about this wine.
