Coltassala is Castello di Volpaia's flagship single-vineyard Chianti Classico, crafted from high-altitude Sangiovese vineyards in Radda in Chianti. Complex aromas of black cherry, violet, tobacco, cedar, and sweet spice lead to a powerful yet elegant palate with refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and remarkable depth. Richly structured and age-worthy, it finishes with exceptional length and Tuscan character.
