About the Volcanic Hills Eruption
Volcanic Hills Eruption is a full-bodied British Columbia red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. It offers black and red berries, plum, dark cherry, fig, cocoa, tobacco, sage, and peppery spice, with supple tannins, toasted oak, and excellent depth.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with steak au poivre, brisket, braised short ribs, smoked meats, grilled lamb, game, barbecue, and rich tomato-based pasta.
