Volcan de Mi Tierra Reposado is crafted in Mexico and rested for 135 days in new American and French oak barrels. The two oak-aged components are ultimately blended for balance, creating a reposado designed to preserve its agave character while integrating the influence of carefully selected wood.
Food Pairing: Pair with carne asada, roasted pork, grilled pineapple, mole, or aged cheese.
