Viva Mexico Retro Reposado Tequila

Viva Mexico Retro Reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Los Altos de Jalisco. The agave is steam cooked in traditional brick ovens, fermented for at least 120 hours, double distilled in copper pot stills, then aged approximately four months in American oak.

Food Pairing: Pair with carne asada, roasted pork, mole, grilled pineapple, or aged cheese.

Nose: Pineapple, cherry, peach, rosemary, olive, grapefruit, lime, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, and walnut.

Palate: Pineapple and cherry with caramel, walnut, vanilla, white chocolate, sweetness, and anise.

Finish: Long finish.
