Viva Mexico Origen Blanco Tequila

Viva Mexico Origen Blanco is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on the producer's ranches in Los Altos de Jalisco. Mature agave is slowly steam cooked in traditional brick ovens, naturally fermented for at least 120 hours, and double distilled in copper pot stills.

Food Pairing: Pair with citrus ceviche, grilled shrimp, fish tacos, guacamole, or roasted peppers.

Nose: Vegetal agave, mint, olive, roasted agave, cinnamon, and pepper.

Palate: Raw and cooked agave, mint, spearmint, olives, and light citrus.

Finish: Sweet cooked agave with light spicy pepper.
