About the Villa Sandi Asolo Prosecco Docg 750ml
Critic tasting note: "The Italians love prosecco after work, served solo, or with finger foods, and I highly recommend you do the same. Expect a fruity, creamy prosecco with a pleasant fruity mid palate of red apples, peaches, with a hint of spice. The DOCG Asolo Prosecco lies in the Veneto region on the Montello and Colli Asolani hills, at the foot of the Dolomites. Whole grapes are pressed, fermented, and racked into controlled temperature tanks, remaining until they go through the sparkling wine tank process to be finally halted by refrigeration. (Anthony Gismondi)." - 88/100, Gismondi on Wine
