About the Inama Foscarino Soave Classico 2021
A magnificent and beautifully textured Northern Italian white wine displaying a deep straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The complex and layered nose opens with an inviting bouquet of honey, sweet almonds, and ripe yellow pear, seamlessly woven with subtle notes of chamomile flowers, orange blossom, and a hint of exotic vanilla. On the full-bodied palate, it offers remarkable structure and depth, balancing a rich, creamy texture with vibrant, refreshing acidity and a distinct volcanic minerality that carries through to a long, beautifully savory, and dry finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with rich seafood risotto, grilled seabass, herb-roasted poultry, mushroom-infused pasta dishes, and mature or creamy artisanal cheeses.
